Returns

  • Products returned without original tags or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Certain items, including customized, personalized, or final-sale products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
