- Products returned without original tags or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Certain items, including customized, personalized, or final-sale products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
